Götz Bernhardi Managing Director Princeton Financial Systems GmbH Götz Bernhardi is Managing Director of Princeton Financial Systems GmbH and member of Princeton Financial's Senior Management Team. He was co-founder, shareholder and CEO of Aquin Components before the company was acquired by Princeton Financial Systems. Götz Bernhardi joined Aquin in 1994, when it was still Aquila Consult. He was an authorized signatory and product development manager at that time. In 1999 he established Aquin Components GmbH as managing director. Under his leadership, the company continuously expanded its product portfolio and has become the leading provider for investment compliance software in Europe. Götz Bernardi has long-term expertise in the finance and software industry and in financial business applications. Prior to Aquin, he worked as a consultant with H&H Software, a pioneer in virtual, network-based CD ROM and DVD management software and as an independent software engineer. Bernhardi holds a degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Göttingen, Germany.

Roman Harbich COO Princeton Financial Systems GmbH Global Head of Sales Princeton Financial Systems LLC Roman Harbich is Chief Operating Officer of Princeton Financial Systems GmbH and Global Head of Sales of Princeton Financial Systems LLC. In this function he manages Princeton Financial's global sales operations. Besides, Harbich is a member of Princeton Financial Systems LLC's Senior Management Team. Harbich joined Aquin Components in April 2007 as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer responsible for Sales, Marketing and Professional Services. Before joining Aquin, Roman Harbich was Executive Director and General Manager Europe at SmartStream Technologies. In this role he managed one of the biggest R&D centres and multiple international subsidiaries at the same time. Before working at SmartStream Technologies, Mr Harbich served as Sales Director and Business Unit Director at NCR and AT&T Global Information Solutions.
