Investment regulations differ in each financial jurisdiction. Aquin provides predefined rule sets for the investment regulations, "LawCards", for the world`s major financial centres in
Europe, the US and Asia.
The Aquin LawCard Service enables investment organizations to rapidly expand into new legal jurisdictions and adapt to new regulations without overheads or delay. Amendments to legislation are incorporated into the LawCards to ensure constant validity.
Aquin maintains the LawCards to ensure regulatory
changes are current using a transparent audit process and standardized rules. Regular "plug and play" updates are provided without the need for software changes.
Aquin's LawCard Service originated in 2001 in the highly regulated German market and subsequently proven with UCITS III and SEC 1940 Act regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
